The Bishops Mills
   Natural History Centre
   provides for safekeeping
   and use of natural history 
  specimens and observations.
  
It carries out research in
   amphibians, clams, crayfish, 
  and invasive plants, 
  and teaches natural history
   through art, museum practices,
   species identification,
